As a corporate officer at SBC and then post merger AT T, I had the opportunity to lead sales, marketing, and customer service organizations from late 1997 until 2008. These teams had no less than 3,000 employees and included profit and loss responsibility with revenues over $5 billion. My proven skills are sales, marketing, financial,advertising, data networking, data applications, and telecommunications. Since retiring, I have mentored at SCORE for over 12 years and have sharpened my skills around small business start-ups, small business capital accumulation, internet marking, and search engine optimization. I have an MBA in finance and undergraduate degrees in English and Economics. I received special business training at both Yale University and T university.
